1/ Does the Gift Card expire?

No, the gift card has no fee and do not expire, you can keep it or offer it to a friend and use it only after years, no problem !!

 

 2/ How do I place an order with a Gift Card?

It's very simple. When you order is complete, go on your shopping cart, check the box 'Use Gift Card to check out' in the middle of the page. Type in your Gift Card Code and then click on the 'Apply Gift Card' box. The total amount will be automatically adjusted to your purchases less the amount of your Gift Card. If there is a remaining sum on your Gift Card after your purchase, no matter, this amount will still be available for future purchases. To check your Evideco Gift Card balance, log in on your account, in 'My Account' on the left side of the page, click on 'Gift Card', you will see the details of your Gift Card with your credit available. On the contrary, if you don't have enough funds on your Gift Card to cover your order, you may charge the balance of your order to a credit card.

 

3/ Do you refund a Gift Card?

No, all the Gift Cards are non refundable.

 

4/ Which forms of payment can I utilize for my purchase?

 We gladly accept Mastercard®, Visa®, American Express®, Discover® and Paypal.

 

5/ How do I use a coupon?

When you order is ready, click on your shopping cart and type in your Evideco Coupon code in the Discount Codes tab, located in the center of the page. The reduction will be applied and the total amount will be adjusted or else in case of free gifts, these special offers will be notified on the Check out page.

 

6/ How can I get a coupon?

By subscribing to our newsletter, you can receive a coupon of 10% discount on your first purchase. We also have lots of promotions and opportunities all year round, with coupons for each event, follow us on our website and on social medias like Facebook®, Google+®, Twitter®, Houzz® and Pinterest® to get many coupons.

 

7/ I'm interested to buy in bulk :

We are happy to work with you on bulk orders. If you are interested in buying in bulk or in distributing our products, please use the 'contact us' tab on the top right side of the homepage or send an email to customer@evideco.com . All our products are designed in France and stored in Miami, we have the exclusive rights to distribute these products on the US territories, our Customer department will be happy to introduce you to our large ranges of bathroom accessories and more.

 

8/ How do I return merchandise I purchased?

No matter you want to return a purchase for a refund, a merchandise credit, or an exchange, Evideco make it easy and hassle-free! 

We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Just follow the simple instructions below and be sure to read our guidelines to make your return easy:

Buyer may return any product which Evideco stocks with no restocking charge if: it is in new condition, suitable for resale in its undamaged original packaging and with all its original parts and it has not been used. Special orders or non-stock items may be returned if the manufacturer will accept the return. We cannot accept returns on gift cards. More information available on Terms&Conditions, located at the bottom of our homepage. 

 For detailed procedures for returning items through the mail, please contact customer@evideco.com, we will reply to you within 24 hours.

 

9/ How can I make a change or cancel my order?

To make a change or cancel your order, please contact customer@evideco.com. We cannot accept change or return on special–order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Once your order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled or returned.

 

10/ Will Evideco send an order confirmation via email?

Yes. When placing an order, we ask for your email address. We will send you a message confirming your order automatically next to your purchase.

 

11/Can Orders Be Shipped To Foreign Countries?

 No. To better distribute our products, we have chosen to focus our efforts on the US Territories.We hop to enlarge our distribution network to new countries soon.


12/ Can Orders Be Shipped to a P.O Box?

Yes, items can be shipped to a P.O. box via USPS. However, to send via UPS to a P.O Box, the weight of the parcel has to be under 9 pounds. Evideco reserves the right to select another carrier if the order doesn't fit with these recommendations.


13/How Is Sales Tax Charged?

 

A 7% of sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to the state of Florida only, state where our company is settled.
